1994-2002 Dodge Ram headlight removal

Originally intended as a headlight lens repair, this is still the same procedure for removal of the lens for repair or even replacement. Applies to all Dodge Ram models that use a single bulb from 1994-2002 (quad beams from 1999-2002 for Sport models).
